I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. Initially, they struggled to find my booking, yet I was eventually accommodated. However, the room I got had an open window, which made me feel exposed. The location was not great, with unhelpful interactions from staff. They seemed disorganized, especially when it came to managing room availability after our trip. Overall, a very mixed experience, with decent room service but poor handling of check-in and room issues.
